When are points updated?

Points are applied everday from transactions done in-store the previous day.

I signed up for the program after I did a transaction that would have earned points. Am I going to get credit for those points?

Yes! You start earning points the day you sign up. This includes all transactions done on the same calendar day on which you registered.

Do transactions from before I signed up count?

Only transactions done the same day as the day you signed up and all future transactions count.

Do layaway transactions earn me points?

Yes. Layaway points are applied the same as sales points and are issued when you redeem your layaway.

How many points do I get for each sales dollar spent in store?

You earn one point for each dollar spent in store. This includes tax paid.

How many points do I get for each pawn interest dollar spent in store?

You will recieve two points for every dollar in pawn interest paid. This excludes the principal both when it is loaned or repaid.

How are the rewards issued?

Gift rewards codes are sent via email after you have earned 500 points. Since only one code can be redeemed at a time (Rewards cannot be combined with other offers.), a new code will not be sent until the first one is redeemed.

I think I have earned enough points for a reward but have not seen one yet?

First, check your junk/spam folder to make sure your email client did not sort it into this folder. If you did not find it in there then please email njap.rewards@gmail.com.
